It’s Going Down: Wikileaks To Break News On Clinton …“Significant.”
Roger Stone, a former consultant for Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump’s campaign, said that come Oct. 5, the Clinton campaign will be reeling from a serious blow.
“Wednesday @HillaryClinton is done. #Wikileaks,” Stone tweeted early on Oct 2.
Wikileaks, headed by founder Julian Assange, has already published leaked Democratic National Committee emails that disclosed favoritism among party leaders for Clinton. The leaks, published before the Democratic National Convention, led to the resignation of DNC Chair Debbie Wasserman Schultz.
“For the US electoral process, people involved in that election have the right to understand who it is they are electing,” Assange told Fox News in an August interview, suggesting that more leaks were coming that would effect Hillary Clinton’s campaign directly.
“I don’t want to give the game away, but it’s a variety of different types of documents from different types of institutions that are associated with the election campaign, some quite unexpected angles that are quite interesting, some that are even entertaining,” Assange said, describing the trove of documents Wikileaks is planning to release before the Nov. 8 election.
Asked if the information in the forthcoming leak would be a “game changer,” Assange said it was “significant.”
“It depends on how it catches fire in the public and in the media,” he continued.
On Oct. 3, the official Wikileaks Twitter account tweeted that “Tomorrow’s press conf in Berlin proceeds. London speech by Assange has been moved to Berlin due to specific information.”
